Does anyone have any experience of registering and setting up a CIC as a public limited company (PLC)? How many are there in existence? What are the issues to be aware of (particularly legal, financial, etc)?

Hi Gareth - there are no CIC PLC's currently registered.  Any company wishing to go down this route would need to take specific legal advice.  Be aware that the asset lock still applies.
