Serving Community Enterprise

I see from Companies House that they have changed from a CIC 34 to a confirmation statement! This being my first time does anyone have any advice on where to seek help with this? Would it be Senscot Legal? Thank you in advance. Annette

Here is the Govt guidance: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/the-small-business-enterprise-an...

You still have to do a CIC34. This is a new requirement to simply describe who the people of significant control are, this is someone who:

owns more than 25% of the company’s shares
holds more than 25% of the company’s voting rights
holds the right to appoint or remove the majority of directors
has the right to, or actually exercises significant influence or control
holds the right to exercise or actually exercises significant control over a trust or company that meets one of the first 4 conditions.

If you havent you should register online which makes it easier to do and cheaper.

Best of luck
