"A company could claim that as a deduction from taxable profit. An individual would struggle to get a deduction, it would only be possible if the land was to be sold and turned into cash in which case Gift Aid is theoretically possible."

Donations from CompaniesA donation to a CIC is unlikely to qualify for the same tax relief as one donated to a charity.
