CIOs - Charitable Incorporated Organisations
If anyone is interested in looking at CIOs, I have just produced a briefing on these. I think CIOs could be a very effective tool for CICs to use if they wish to set up a charitable arm to their activities, as well as reducing the regulatory burdens for existing charitable companies.
