Bribery Act 2010 - Implications for CICs?

I'm deciding whether or not I want to set up my organisation as one. At the moment, my hunch tells me that the CIC Limited with shares option is the most suited to my proposed operation. I'm currently in the total secret strategic planning stage before I get a master mind group together. More will be disclosed in the not to distant future.
