Adding a charity to help support a CIC?

Hi 

We have a CIC which works with children and young people with emotional wellbeing/mental health issues.  I set up a CIC initially rather than a charity as wasn't able to work into it if it was a charity and I needed to at that time to develop it.  The difficulty we have is that we would like to do some fund raising to be able to offer the children that 'bit extra' which we are not able to use our current funding for - e.g. Christmas party, refreshments, days out/travel…

Becoming Tender Ready

For most companies becoming tender ready is a challenge but for CIC's it is an extension of existing practices.

 

Here's a quick list of things to gather together:
