We specialise in ‘social prescribing’
Social prescribing is the use of non-medical interventions to improve mental health and wellbeing, improving access both to psychological treatments and to interventions addressing the wider determinants of mental health.
We use NLP and other tried and tested techniques as the basis for our interventions.
Social prescribing is commonly used for people with mild to moderate mental health problems with great success, including emotional, cognitive and social benefits.
Our proven techniques reduce social exclusion for disadvantaged, isolated and vulnerable people as well as those with diagnosed mental health conditions. We provide person centred services to enable you to make longstanding significant changes that have a positive impact treating the ‘label’.

I specialise in supporting individuals and groups with mental health problems, drug and alcohol addiction, criminal offending backgrounds, unemployment and young people.
We also work with companies and organisations developing, ‘workplace health initiatives’ keeping people in work and reducing sickness.
