We are a Community Interest Company or ‘CIC’ with a passion for enabling disadvantaged individuals to make positive change benefiting themselves and their communities.

We work with individuals to achieve their true potential and supporting social and economic regeneration of local communities.

True development is achieved only through involvement.  Our training and coaching are both practical and participation based; we create a high energy and stimulating environment.  We know how to make learning and change fun.  We are highly skilled presenters and facilitator’s with the ability for enthusing, inspiring and motivating our audience.

We deliver NLP that is simple, easy and fun.  We use plain English making our tools easier to access.  We know people can make the changes they want using NLP in their everyday lives.

We specialise in ‘social prescribing’

Social prescribing is the use of non-medical interventions to improve mental health and wellbeing, improving access both to psychological treatments and to interventions addressing the wider determinants of mental health.

We use NLP and other tried and tested techniques as the basis for our interventions.

Social prescribing is commonly used for people with mild to moderate mental health problems with great success, including emotional, cognitive and social benefits.

Our proven techniques reduce social exclusion for disadvantaged, isolated and vulnerable people as well as those with diagnosed mental health conditions.  We provide person centred services to enable you to make longstanding significant changes that have a positive impact treating the ‘label’.

Social prescribing provides psychosocial and/or practical support for:

  • Vulnerable and at risk groups, for example low-income single mothers, recently bereaved elderly people, people with chronic physical illness
  • People with mild to moderate depression and anxiety
  • People with long-term and enduring mental health problems
  • Frequent attendees at primary care departments

Social prescribing is used in conjunction with traditional therapy providing the opportunity to manage issues easily and effectively at an early stage.

I specialise in supporting individuals and groups with mental health problems, drug and alcohol addiction, criminal offending backgrounds, unemployment and young people.

We also work with companies and organisations developing, ‘workplace health initiatives’ keeping people in work and reducing sickness.
