my work was with NAAPS UK/community catalysts, looking at starting to build a profile/understanding of micro providers of health/social care services, and how they in turn relate to the assumptions being made about them by policy makers in the context of personalisations (emergence of social enterprise, development of social capital, etc) - happy to chat further about it if you'd like?
also, might be of interest to you that I've done some bit of work in Oldham recently with micro-enterprises delivering, and supporting people access, health and social care services (some of which are incorporated as CICs)
