Articles of Association (limited by guarantee, small membership)

Hi everyone,Just wondering if anyone is able to help clarify some of the points on the model A of A (from the gov website) please?I'm a bit confused by 26. 3, which states that "Each member of the company shall be a Director".Is "member" synonymous with "subscriber", e.g. those who offer a guarantee? Are there "first directors" and then 'other directors' e.g. 'member-directors'?See More

"There is no legal limit, but practically having 16 directors may be unwieldy."

Number of CIC Directors

Hello! Just wondering if anyone might be able to help with a query please? Is there a limit to the number of directors a CIC can have? Our organisation has 16 members who would like to be both subscribers (CIC, private, limited by guarantee) and directors. Is there anything which prohibits this?See More
