Adding Directors

Dear All, Some of you may (perhaps rightly) be annoyed at me for asking this question, but hopefully not. My CIC consists of my, myself and I. This of course brings up obvious barriers when it comes to funding. I want to add a couple of Directors but literally for purposes of applying for funding and the odd consultation with them. They are both responsible and knowledgeable (very) people, one of whom is developing his own care farm enterprise at the moment. As they have their own…See More

Hi John,

Thank you for the warm welcome! And indeed Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

I see that this area is very new and I'm very much looking forward to learning along with the development of CIC's. I'm intrigued and excited with the potential that CIC's could and are having on society.

I need all the luck I can get! Thankyou! Presently I am still awaiting the registration of the company before I can make any more moves as I am getting assistance from the Prince's Trust and Access2Business (a social enterprise in Wolverhampton). As soon as I have my registration no. I can make some more moves but at present a lot of the development is dependant upon the initial stage i.e. company registration. Not a comfortable situation to be in but que sera, sera as they say!

I look forward to seeing more on the site and again wish you a Happy New Year!

Kind Regards,

Kathryn
