    Its not registering a CIC with the Association that matters as thats just a few clicks. A good mooch around will get the ball rolling, CIC is only one option available to you.

You could have a CIC registered in the UK with that mountain village as its community of interest. Its not the biggest area of activity for CICs so far but last years survey suggests approx 5-10% of CICs have an international objective
