    I can recommend you contact http://fr.linkedin.com/in/damienroussat . Unfortunately we are only learning about what is happening in France, but Damien has spoken in England previously on social enterprise in France and Internationally and I am sure he can connect you with relevant people who can help you move forward.

    The CIC Regulator has visited France on a couple of occasions so may also be able to recommend organisations in France who know about the CIC legislation, you can email her at  cicregulator@companieshouse.gov.uk
