    Id be happy to have a conversation with you around this. Without fully knowing the reasons you decided the Share structure was best I wouldnt want to make too many statements, but if you have particular reasons to have a Share structure you could (as a catch all solution) form a CIC Limited by Guarantee alongside to aplly for the traditional not for profit grant routes that arent available for Share structures, and it would strengthen your claim for discretionary business rate relief (although it is still within the gift of the LA to grant it to you)
