Just come across this site and signed up. Noticed your organisation. I run a cic in Chester, called ChestertheGiantCity, which is all about getting people to look at what is giant about themselves and their communities, building 14' giants and then getting involved in a whole host of festivals, street-theatre, community museum and business enterprise projects.
I would like to try and involve veterans into our community giant building projects but not sure where to go and who to ask. Any help would be appreciated.

My names Juliet from the Reiki Research Foundation. We work in Kent and are just about to start working with the British Legion offering a Psychodynamic Reiki Counselling service specifically for exservice people and their families as we specialise in Post Trumatic Stress Disorder. If you can manage to get down here there's a meeting on the 15th September in Aylesford (ME20 7NL) one meeting at 2.00 and the other at 7pm. In your area there may also be a RBL Health and Wellbeing coordinator who could help you set up a similar thing. I dont think I'll be able to get to Sunderland on the 24th but I wish you all the success in the world. By the way, I really like your strap line - Excellent!
