What exactly do you mean?
Very simply, a CIC has to registered in the UK but can operate overseas. Approx 10% of CICs have communities of interest overseas. Obviously it would be important to see if registering the company in the country where you operate would offer a different set of rules to operate by which may be better or worse, and you also have to make sure that the benefits and drawbacks of being a Charity are fully understood to make sure you get the right structure for you.
