I have a terrible issue with Barclays Bank. I have spoken to the CIC regulator and to Companies House. Neither of them can understand what Barclays is saying and Companies House have advised me to get legal advice. My CIC can't afford that. Barclays say they will shut down our bank account and if that happens we won't be able to pay our staff. Our company will go under.
I am desperate, I need to speak to someone as soon as possible to explore options about what we can do. We've done nothing wrong, Companies House confirmed that this morning.
