Financial & Social Austerity can make our road towards Service Excellence look impassable as Services strive to deliver as much as they can with reduced resources and grapple with increased Health, Wellbeing, and Social pressures - we need to make their journey easier.
Services need to be ‘Accessible’, considered ‘Fit-for-Purpose’, evidently ‘Best-value’ and delivering ‘Optimal Care’. These are not be just vague Notions; they can be quantified Outcomes designed & brought about by applying the benefits of Model Thinking.
Simply Drawing & Calibrating a Map of Elements is a great start and a visually powerful way of articulating your desired Outcomes. This can inform more detailed Scenario Modelling & accelerate the Real Change of Service Transformation.
However, we know progress can get difficult, so please consider ‘MOST’ – the not-for-profit CIC created to Transform Services needed by People suffering from Acute or Chronic Physical, Mental, or Social Problems in your Locality.
