Serving Community Enterprise

Dear members,

I have come to realisation that I would like my current limited company to be transformed into CIC.

There's a lots of information on the web but I am getting very confused.

Considering my modest start up budged it is impossible to pay solicitor's fees.

However, I need to make sure I am doing the right thing.

Currently my company provide education, training and workshops regarding improving the everyday usage of English within some communities; rising awareness of compassionate communities; providing information and organising activities to improve the well being within the local communities.

Kindly, ask you to provide me with simple but useful link to website or institution which would help me to make the transition smooth, efficient and meaningful.

Many thanks

Best regards

as you see there are links to the necessary paperwork and guidance and you can post questions if you get stuck.

go to gov.uk website it is quite straightforward. The hardest bit is paying as CH does not accept cards so cheque or postal order - it takes 2 hours to fill in forms and 5 day turn around by CH . All the forms are there downloadable in word format. fill then in send them off. job done.
