To set up a CIC - if you do it yourself then it is simply the Companies House fee of £35. If you require help to set up the CIC - then we charge £200 plus VAT. This includes advice on whether to be limited by share or limited by guarantee, your community benefit, objects and completion of all documents on your behalf. I know lots of people that have paid over £1,000 to set up a CIC so it really depends who you ask to do it! Hope this helps.
