If you run into any problems with the CIC Conversion give me a ring Anthony - I've guided a number of others through this process - inluding an IPS to CIC Conversion where the bank wouldn't believe the corporate personality was continuous - had to get the CIC Regulator to write to them. I'm interested also because I was born and raised in Ramsey by the way - still a frequent visitor to the Huntingdon area.
